A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $300 and the signed Terms of Agreement is required from buyer before a kitten is considered reserved. The deposit is deducted from the price of the kitten you select. Please be certain that you are committed to purchasing a kitten from Kitty Cature Persian Cattery before placing a deposit. If you place a deposit to reserve a kitten then  change your mind for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded and will be considered payment for the cost involved in caring for the kitten and lost opportunities for placement.

I care very much about the placement of my kittens and require a verbal phone conversation. I do not finalize the placement of my kittens via texting or e-mailing. Also, I will not ship my kittens or meet off-site. Kitty Cature Persian Cattery is in compliance with The United States Department of Agriculture Animal Health Inspection Service which dictates that you must have a face to face meeting with the breeder before finalizing the transfer of a kitten(s)
